Terms of Service

The Performance Edge (“the Service”) is an online fitness coaching platform operated by Coach Don Stanley. The Service provides personalized training programs, video content, coaching communication, progress tracking, and pain monitoring tools for athletes, general fitness clients, post-rehab clients, and corporate wellness teams.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, or have parental consent.

• Content Access: $39/month
• Remote Coaching: $150/month
• Elite Coaching: $400/month
• Corporate Wellness: $200/month

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Prices are in US Dollars (USD).

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.

The Service provides fitness coaching, not medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program, especially if you are recovering from injury. The pain monitoring system is a safety aid, not a medical diagnostic tool.

You agree not to:

• Share your account with others
• Redistribute or resell content from the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Harass other users or staff through the messaging system
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts

All content on the platform, including videos, training programs, course materials, and written content, is owned by The Performance Edge and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Performance Edge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
